PERSONAL TRAINING These training sessions provide a challenging workout which integrates the use of all the Pilates' equipment and may incorporate mat work into the session. Our staff is dedicated to providing a Classical and/or Contemporary style of Pilates to design an individualized program to meet our client's fitness goals.
Private = one-on-one / Duet = two people with one instructor / Trio = three people with one instructor / Reformer Series = 4 people with one instructor

EQUIPMENT CLASSES (GROUP) The Equipment classes will be performed using spring resistance based equipment that includes the Reformer, Springboard and Exo Chair.
The Reformer's moving base challenges an individual's balance, while the springs on the Springboard provides resistance to help build strength. The Exo Chair offers a challenging cardio/aerobic workout.

MAT CLASSES (GROUP) A group class tailored to provide a challenging workout focused on core musculature and increased flexiblility in an aspiring and fun group setting. Rather than springs and straps for resistance, you will use your body weight for resistance.

PILATES ASSESSMENT This session is designed for the novice to Pilates. Combining springs, straps and unfamiliar body movements on the equipment/mat can be intimidating (though ultimately rewarding) an experience that will transform your body for the inside out. This session will help you determine if Pilates is right for you.
